Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 1-3 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of buyfamgoods.shop (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

As with most things in the online stores you always wonder if this thing is going work when it shows up. In this case this Mosquito Lamp works. All you do is plug it in and you will see a faint blue light, it does not give off any sound just walk away from it and let it do its job. Every few days open it up and dump out all of the pesky little critters. Still don't know how it's going to hold up over time but as for now I'm not disappointed.

When there is that one mosquito that won't let you sleep, this machine will trap it and leave you in peace. Also it is super quiet. I have tried many brands and this is by far the quietest. I liked it so much I bought 2 more.
Wish the suction power was a bit stronger, although its low noise
The product is being used to trap and kill mosquitoes. I like the fact that it is silent and does not require any consumables and chemicals to function. It is effective.
So far so good - worried a bit about the drying part - in a small room.. But so far so good. Already caught some mosquitos that could have been feasting on my daughter.
My husband turns it on every night. We have mosquitos sneaking into our home and getting our baby. When we clean it out we find dead bugs, so it’s working so far.
Bugs are attracted to it. As of now, we catch more moths but our mosquitoes don’t normally come out until mid June. However, we have caught mosquitoes too.
I really don’t know if this thing works or not. I did try it for a few days. I didn’t get any results so I returned it.
It works, I can’t believe how many mosquitoes we caught. It mitigated the ones in the house and I really think it’s great. I have 2 and they work!
Used this product, and it’s very good with trapping and extinguishing the mosquitos. You can even use this for camping and traveling.
I saw this product online as a way to control indoor mosquito problems. I decided to give it a try and so far so good.
It works ok, but I added a stick pad in the inside, so the mosquitos and little flies won't come out when I turn this off.
The unit looks cool. Too early to say but I hope it does the job as well.
My husband uses it in his shop and tells me he has not seen a live mosquito since we put that out there!
Works well. I keep it in the living room close. My dogs go out often and mosquitoes love my porch.
Works great with the insects. Only use it when there are mosquitoes on the terrace.
